The tutor must ask questions to establish the current level of the students, what they understand of the problem and the problems the students have for comprehending its solution. This way the tutor can give the right tools to the students guiding them to the learning and understanding of the proposed topics. Every student is unique, their singularities make necessary the adaption of the learning techniques and the way the topics are treated. There can be differences in the speed of learning, the methodology of teaching from the different schools, and the language or examples that best fit the student's way of learning. Using the information collected during the previous steep the tutor can adjust the guiding so he can make the tutoring more efficient and constructive for the students.\n\nFinally, there always should be a verification of the understanding in the topics explained.
