    Food is necessary for all of us, but building healthy food habits is a lifelong process that should start from the early body building years. Besides parent’s continuous efforts, it is the food school program that can bring good results. Kids can be encouraged to eat more fruits and green leafy vegetables, they should be encouraged to eat less sugary items and deep-fried items. Kids can be guided about healthy and unhealthy food items, they can be served a small amount of sweets or deserts so limiting the intake of certain foods can bring good results.
