Then he followed it up in 1976 by launching the first ever portable Gym. In the past, people believed that Dad was crazy…still do, but he was well more advanced than his peers. He recognized the necessity for people to keep healthy when they were on the move or traveling, and exercising at home or in the outdoors. He recognized that not everyone could afford to work out on machines or have the time, money or the drive to go to an indoor gym, or even inside for reasons that are not relevant. Therefore, he set out to make it better and fitness is never the similar.

We could drive over three hundred miles and still get some great exercise at the same time? Yes, it was possible! Each hour we drove through the city, we stopped to do an incredible set with every device. In one hour, we completed an entire set of squat press using The TNT Cable, the next hour, a slam-dunk row and chins using The Jungle Gym, the next hour we doubled the jump rope in the fastest way you can The next hour, 40 takes each arm and snatches it with the Lifeline Kettlebell. In all honesty, it was incredible! Each set took only three minutes!

After we were back in the car , we felt amazing! We were energised and eager to get going and eagerly anticipated the following hour and what we’d do. At the end of the day, we’d no doubt, had quite a good workout.
