    BrightZone is looking to have contracts with 2 customers by the end of 2014 who will generate over $2000 per month

    The goal is to have 10 clients under contract who will generate over $300,000 on income per year.

    The long term objective is to have 25 client with contracts that will generate over $1 million per year and to have the business packaged for sale within 5 years.

    BrightZone will most likely have to start business growth through a series of seminars and webinars which are not yet defined or developed.
    Management is still learning processes for deploying the services we are promoting.
    Division of labor is not well defined and too many activities are done together rather that independently and in parallel

    Direct marketing/sales programs are still being learned and implemented.
    Trained staff for sales does not exist and will take 60 to 90 days to implement

    What firm deadline?
    What firm budget?

    Keep in mind that constraints are a part of life. You can either leave them vague or state them clearly, but they are there. Completing a project is much more difficult if you don’t have any clear constraints.

  • Core Principles

    Believe what you talk! You know more than 95% of anyone out there. Tells others what you know and why it is important to them.

    Establish a sales/delivery mentality.

    Establish a “do now” behavior! Doing something that is half right is better than doing nothing. So start publishing.

    Stop letting time and money be a delimiter to the extent it stops you from doing things now. Do things so that a trickle of revenue starts coming in. Then expand

  • Gather Inspiration

    Find or create images that evoke (not necessarily explain) what success will look like.

  • Dream

    Quite simply, close your eyes and daydream.
    Refine your dream by asking questions.

    If you’re working with someone, take part in each other’s dream:

    1. One person is designated the Dreamer.
    2. The other people are the Actors.
    3. The Dreamer starts with “This is what you see…” and describes the scene in words.
    4. The Actors ask questions about the scene. “What do I see on that wall?” or “What happens when I do this?”
    5. After a time, a new person is designated Dreamer, and the process repeats until everyone feels the vision is real.

    These examples are regarding a physical space, for simplicity. But the same procedure applies for imagining a software interface, or a new manufacturing process, say.
