Following up on queries / outstanding issues.
MAKING CONTACT WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE
Phone calls can be a of a nightmare to get through at times. Also the needs for the CIB team to refer any processing queries to the back office teams withing Ulster Bank
I recognise everyone in the department is very busy so I may need to try and make contact more than once. however my calls are always responded to.
Junior level administrative matters dealt with very efficiently/effectively. Managerial level less so e.g. Direct Debit and SEPA not well handled.
Dealing with Ulster Bank’s professionals rather than their staff who are helpful
provision of adequate and meaningful financial and supporting background information
When there are changes to banking regulations e.g. SEPA etc
Checking if payments have been processed, as they are always held awaiting funds despite we have got automatic sweeps arragement.
All issues , It appears that part of the bank is unresourced .
Bankline issues
Unable to receive my bank statement on a regular monthly basis, having requested same on numerous occasions to numerous personal.
Dealing with ad hoc issues. Difficult to get anything other than a conservative, inflexible but expensive solution.
Providing necessary documentation for annual loan reviews
Annual review. A lot of information was required given the size of loan arrangement and the small risk that would be associated with the finance.
Administation issues can take time as the support network is not as strong as it was but the service is still there.
no issue at all dealing with the UB Corporate team, the biggest issue would be the seemingly long period of time that it takes their legal advisors to process legal agreements…
Corporate banking unfortunately do not understand our business and do not engage with us
