Food Safe Level 1

The course involves taking care of the farmers, workers and rising layman for the sanitation of the food. We train chefs, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and shop specialists to take care of food safety at the very first level. BC Health Law: Food Premises Regulation states that each Food Service Benefit Foundation administrator and not less than one Food Service Benefit Member on each transfer will hold a Food Safe Level 1 declaration or approval from a course considered being the same as FOODSAFE.
