    What you say about the later O’Donnell is interesting. I have come across remarks pointing out that distinction elsewhere too, an earlier O’Donnell canonised by Anglo-American political science and a later O’Donnell breaking out of that work. We could deploy this this distinction in the CFP as a way of marking precisely who are the right people in the engagement across genealogies we’re looking for.
