Several technology related issues has eroded confidence, Lack of communication around the technology related incidences is a problem. Lack of understanding of the real business related issues for us very worring .

In general the UB IT platform has proven to be more unreliable than others in the CIB banking space.

While the service provided by staff during the technology failure was excellent, there was a significant technology failure
