  • Several technology related issues has eroded confidence, Lack of communication around the technology related incidences is a problem. Lack of understanding of the real business related issues for us very worring .

  • Historic IT system issues are still seen as a risk from our perspective

  • On line system is overall very good , however we still remember the IT Problems in the past and we are wary of more problems

  • In general the UB IT platform has proven to be more unreliable than others in the CIB banking space.
