• The Peoples Unified Decry of Sovereignty - August 8th, 1965

  • Article I - Rights of Our People

  • Article II - Separation of Powers

  • “Today we forge a new chapter in world history. Today we move forward toward unity. By breaking the bonds of oppression and thinking as a sovereign people, we become one nation; ruled by its people for the betterment of those people. No longer are we pawns to our “mother” and “father” but adults ready to lead their own lives. Twenty years we’ve fought peacefully for sovereignty and for even more we will continue. Our land is our own. Our resources are our own. Our lives are our own. The waters still run red with our loved ones. The fighting is over. We are one.” Alexandra Ueno - 32 - Half Japanese, half American - Brought to Rengoku (Purgatory) Island with her family during WWII as prisoners of war - First President of Easter America - Assassinated March 4th, 1967 by radical group “The New Japanese Army”

  • Through our unified sovereignty we are given unalienable rights to life, liberty, education and pursuit of happiness.

  • To better serve the citizens, state power will be divided into three houses; Executive, Legislative and Judaical.

  • I-I
Life is the right of all citizens. Death is not a punishment but a barbaric means of retaliation.
No Punishment can exceed a crime, be cruel and unusual or detain an individual without cause. (See Article X-X Judaical Process)

  • I-II
The state will protect the liberties of speech, press, expression, religion and sexuality.
Your liberty of speech cannot be compromised as long as it doesn’t infringe upon the liberties of others.
Your liberty of press cannot be compromised as long as it doesn’t infringe upon the liberties of others.
Your liberty of expression cannot be compromised as long as it doesn’t infringe upon the liberties of others.
Your liberty of religion cannot be compromised as long as it doesn’t infringe upon the liberties of others.
Your liberty of sexuality cannot be compromised as long as it doesn’t infringe upon the liberties of others.
Those who would invoke Article I-II under persecution of a heinous crime are to be subject to higher court evaluation.
These rights are to protect the individual not elevate the state or private sector.

  • I-III
All sovereign citizen are given the opportunity to pursue happiness.

The Legislative House divided into two smaller houses:

The House of Population consists of XXX members where each XXX amount of people counts as one representative.
The Legislative House create and up hold the laws in the forms of “Acts”.
An act takes a 2/3 majority of the State Committee or house to reach the President. If ratified it goes the remaining house for a final 2/3 vote. If the 2/3 is in agreement the act is now law.

If the law is to fall before the president or house it can be appealed three times before being cast out. If the State Committee feels the President or house is being “unjust” in there vetoing they can send it to the cabinet. If a majority of the cabinet comes to an agreement the act becomes law.

Acts passed at this level are universal issues not maters of property. (Your thoughts?)
