Either way, begin with your "Needs" or your "Aims/Ambitions". Be honest with yourself about what you want, what you need, what strengths you can bring to achieving your aims or meeting your needs and what weaknesses will get in the way. The more you work with SWAN, the more it will change your life. Each card has an illustrative example.
